He has been deposed several times recently. There has been no recent courtroom experience, however. As a student doctor in the 1980s, he testified in a murder case involving one of his patients. Also, he was involved in one medical malpractice case personally. Additionally, he prepared a plaintiff case of a missed appendicitis for a NY lawyer in the 1980s.

At the present, it is very part-time with only 14 cases over the past few months. This would make up about five percent of his professional time. He is hoping to augment this greatly.

Yes. He is a licensed physician in Florida. He is board certified in Internal Medicine by the ABIM and this can be verified on their

DIA. Dr. Saponaro is currently a full time primary care internist seeing patients in his Jupiter, Florida medical office. He is also on staff at Jupiter Medical Center, Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center, and several local nursing homes. He does ER on-call work about once a month at JMC where he admits unassigned patients. He volunteers at a local Spanish free clinic where he see's indigent migrant workers. He also serves on committees at JMC including: IRB and Ethics.
